The Qualification Center for training License No. (2013/53) was constructed in order to empower both young men and women and develop their skills. It also aims at activating the leadership roles and expanding the young women and men's options in life by diversifying their abilities and developing their knowledge, leadership and pioneer skills, and their financial comprehension. Additionally, It provides them the ability to create events, develop business, and ensure the continuous improvement and positive participation in all roles played by each individual in the institution to which he/she belongs to starting from executive functional levels up to the top of the hierarchy pyramid as a leader of that institution. Empowering and training are considered one of the main and most important steps of investment in the human resources and a main approach to convert it into an effective power that serves the comprehensive development operation in the country. The Center cares about grasping at every possible opportunity to meet all the requirements needed for the local labor market with international standards through providing distinct and specialized training programs . The Center is also concerned in improving women leadership and qualify her for the community development participation. This will result in providing the diverse sectors of the state with inspirational leaders with the best values to enable the country to sustainable economies to achieve the goals and strategies.
