About the Foundation

Empowering youth and build their capacities
To play an active role in community development.

All Girls Foundation for Development (AGF) is a women-led, non-governmental, non-profit civil society organization established in 2003 and operating under official license No. (820). The foundation is driven by a forward-looking development vision and a strong humanitarian mandate, grounded in the belief that “change is people, and people are the makers of change.”

For more than two decades, AGF has embodied this vision through a wide range of integrated programs and projects aimed at promoting sustainable development and improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable groups. The foundation places particular emphasis on the protection and empowerment of women and girls—economically, socially, and psychologically—through specialized initiatives that enhance their rights, build their capacities, and support their active participation in community development.

situation and the challenges facing Yemen.

Our objectives

1-Promoting community awareness of the importance of contributing to raising the enrollment rate of girls in all stages of education.

2-Developing women and youth capacities in target areas in order to effectively contribute to the growth of decision making.

3-Strengthening the technical and vocational skills of female and male entrepreneurs to enlarge the scope of their activities, improve the quality of their products and upsurge their production and sale.

4-Developing and enhancing the work structures of youth initiatives and institutions.

5-Integrating relief and recovery with the effective and sustainable development.​
