Objective: To contribute to improving the educational environment in Hadramout by strengthening essential school services and supporting the schools’ ability to provide safe and effective learning.
Key Deliverables:
Project activities included rehabilitating Thar Al-Nourain School, installing a solar energy system at Qasair Secondary School for Girls, renovating health facilities at 30 November Kindergarten, organizing a cleaning campaign at Al Zahra School, and providing administrative skills training for directors and principals from 30 schools in Mukalla.
Outcomes achieved were improved infrastructure for three schools serving around 900 students and 60 teachers, the installation of a solar energy system to ensure reliable power, and an enhanced learning environment that improved the quality of education in the targeted schools.
