Activating social participation and accountability between government service providers and recipients


  •  It was agreed on the need to strengthen  the principle of continuous dialogue and communication between providers and service recipients.
  •  Identify and assess the quality of services provided.
  •  Ratify the principle of the right of the service recipient to work with the government service provider in order to improve the quality of the services provided.
  •  Establishment of  a follow-up committee to develop a mechanism to implement proposals aimed at activating continuous communication and improving the quality of services provided.
  •  Enable the foundation to use community assessment cards in projects aimed at strengthening participatory governance.
